Hi, I’m Kaity, and I’m here to help.
Online therapy for adults who live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida with an EMDR Certified therapist.
Do you feel stuck? Do you constantly feel like you’re not good enough? Do you always criticize yourself? Does the thought of asking for what you want create massive anxiety? Does it feel like other therapies haven’t helped you get to the core issue of what’s been holding you back from living your most joyful, authentic life?
Sometimes we carry damaging beliefs and anxiety with us from our past that can prevent us from feeling comfortable in our own minds and bodies; having healthy, loving relationships; and feeling connected to our higher purpose and goals.
If you’re ready to heal and get unstuck, let’s talk about how we can work together to help you grow!
I’m here to help those just like you: young adults, hardworking students, rising professionals, and new parents who are figuring out what they want from life, and how to get it.
I do this by helping my clients resolve the core issues that amplify their anxieties and fears. I help clients develop a sense of peace and calm in their minds; make sense of big emotions; gain clarity on what they truly value; and help them learn how to express their needs.
Sometimes things that have happened to us in the past shape our response to what is happening now. Working together with my clients, I help heal past issues so they can grow and flourish.
You may not know where to start, and that’s ok.
We can help you find your way in this process together. I invite you to take a deep, soothing breath, and then reach out to me today so we can get to work.

Therapy for Anxiety
Anxiety, for many people, can be incredibly debilitating. It can prevent us from living our most authentic lives, showing up for ourselves and others in meaningful ways, and can wreak havoc in our professional and academic careers.
What is EMDR?
EMDR goes beyond traditional talk therapy and coping skills-based work to actually heal neural pathways in your brain, calming your nervous system and reducing your brain’s need to be on constant alert. This often leads to a substantial reduction in anxiety levels for many people.
Who may benefit from EMDR therapy?
You may benefit from EMDR if you:
Have been repeatedly told you are “hard on yourself.”
Have a negative inner voice that speaks harshly about almost anything you do.
You struggle to manage big emotions.
You chew on the same past experiences in your mind again and again, and feel like your brain has certain thoughts or memories “stuck on loop.”
You feel like an imposter.
You struggle to maintain or find relationships that feel balanced, healthy, and reciprocal.
You carry a lot of pain from past experiences and are having a hard time moving forward.
You’ve experienced an event or situation where you felt totally overwhelmed or scared.
You believe deep down that you don’t matter.
You feel like you’re never good enough.
Anxiety creeps into a lot of your daily life and you feel like you’re having a hard time managing it.
Your mood is consistently lower than it has been in the past and you can’t seem to make yourself feel better.
Taking the first step to get help can be scary. If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to take a deep breath and reach out to me today.

How do I help?
My approach is trauma informed, which means I am trained to recognize how things that happened to us in the past can show up in the here and now. I can help people recognize and cope with triggers, build a shared sense of safety, and help people gain insight into how their past is impacting their daily lives in the present.
I look forward to working together with you on your healing journey! Connect with me today for support getting started.
